We’re looking for an Ecommerce & Media Manager, who will work with E-Retail partners to design and deliver sales-based Launch Media strategy for a whole range of Professional Beauty & Retail brands: Wella, Londa (Professional and Retail), Nioxin, OPI and others.

Reporting to: Head of Ecommerce


  • Develop a web content digital & media strategy based on brand portfolio promotion and visualization, both on sites of E-Retail partners and using other resources: digital advertising, search, etc
  • Build relationships with 5+ Key E-Retail partners;
  • Maintain E-content marketing calendars that schedule all regular activities and launches throughout the year for each E-Retail partner;
  • Work in close collaboration with E-KAM, Marketing and Digital marketing teams, advertising agencies in all aspects of content creation and delivery;
  • Provide analytics and monitor effectiveness over time;
  • Control over timing and budget;
  • Control related to activities documents’ flow;
  • Be aware of current best practices in the industry (media, ecommerce & digital) and implement them


Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Media, Online Marketing and control of complex brands structure is a must;
  • Strong knowledge of media market, techniques and their effectiveness;
  • Working with big national e-retailers as an advantage;
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience;
  • Upper-intermediate English is a must, Fluent English as an advantage;
  • Excellent collaboration skills & ability to drive accountability in others;
  • Sales based decision making when creating launch strategy;
  • Understanding of the importance of branding while driving sales;
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships internally & externally
