Functions:

  • Sharpen and shine the What and Why Vision of the product driving to LATOKEN's mission: financial life at fingertips for people's economic freedom.
  • Enlighten the road to hit the target with "a single bullet" with OKRs, hypothesis tests, backlog prioritization.
  • Structure audiences, channels, messages and digital marketing campaigns across products: listings (IEOs), roadshows, crowdfunding, payments and trading
  • Develop lead acquisition landing pages and lead generation forms across products
  • Build digital automated digital funnels
  • Structure user engagement via automated emails, bot, alerts, calls, sales and customer success manager communication
  • Manage developers, designers, marketing managers to build user acquisition and retention machines: referral, co-marketing, airdrops, SEO, direct, advertising, SMM etc.
  • Build funnel and customer journey analytics to optimize campaings, user acquisition, activation and retention. Identify and scale performing user acquisition channels by analysis of conversions, retention and LTV for different channels using analytics
  • Make the growth KPIs real-time transparent and well-analyzed on a weekly basis
  • Attract active traders and increase retention via retargeting to our platform
  • Structure and supervise the marketing activities of the company
  • Onboard and manage contractors (SMM, designers, paid ads, CPA)
  • Grow users of LATOKEN platform 100x via referral, co-marketing, airdrops, SEO, advertising etc.
  • ROMI/CPA per channel/audience
