In order to support its growing activities, ANOTECH Energy is looking to hire a new IT Business Manager for its Russian branch.

Sales responsibilities:

  • Managing business leads in consulting at actual customers
  • Closing offer deals on a service contracts
  • Participating to the marketing strategy
  • Participating and realizing the preparation of offers, reporting ...
  • Supporting in achievement of commercial objectives and pro-active development of corrective actions
  • Gathering new business opportunities

Management responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of consultants
  • Supervising the financial status of your activity
  • Organizing & coordinating the commercial relationships with your partners,

HR responsibilities:

  • Playing an active & consulting role to our recruitment team to optimize our attracting policy
  • Selecting & recruiting your new consultants team
  • Being in charge of the consultant career evolution (annual review, training…)
  • You present an appealing into the IT sector
  • You’ve build your career within B-to-B activities


  • You have a Master degree or equivalent (technical)
  • You have a good knowledge of IT fields,
  • You speak English fluently, French as a plus
  • You have a track record in Business development
  • You have acquired negotiation skills
  • You are a good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active
  • You are an autonomous, you can manage your own priorities but you are also a team player keeping a focus on the company’s interests
  • You feel good with initiative and motivation to reach planned & ambitious goals
