Gett is looking for a passionate, creative and highly motivated Product Designer (UI/UX) to join our elite product design team.

As a product designer, you will be involved in all usability aspects of Gett web portal. Our web product is used by the admins to set up their account, define the travel policy and restrictions for their employees, verify the reporting and pro-actively manage the spend based on stats and insights. Eventually, our promise is to drive savings for the company while delivering a supreme transportation service to the employees.

You will shape how the web portal looks and how the users interact with it. This is not a one-person quest: you will work with PMs and analysts to ensure the mockups are well grounded and validate the hypotheses, and with RnD to ensure the delivered results meet the quality bar. The corridor tests and usability studies with prototypes will be your second name: we iterate the solution until it’s made as simple as possible (but not simpler). We are also big believers in empowering people so you will be involved in the initial brainstorming for the new initiatives and discussions on how to evolve the product further.

You are expected to be:

  • A Problem solver, be able to understand very complex problems and come up with dead simple solutions;

  • A KICK ASS designer that makes dreams come true;

  • A pixel perfect freak that doesn't compromise on the smallest details;

  • A team player, with great interpersonal relations. Works closely with the product management and R&D team

  • Owner of the products' overall look and feel and user experience

  • 2 years of Product design experience;

  • Strong portfolio of product design;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Pixel perfect design;

  • Self-taught and curious;

  • High level of UX and UI deliveries;

  • Spoken and written English- fluent.

We are offering:

  • Monthly bonus for Gett taxi services;
  • Extended medical insurance;
  • 4 or 5 days work week;
  • Work in office or remotely;
  • Extra 13 vacation days a year;
  • Comfortable working place: your own Mac, unlimited coffee and even shower is available;
  • Friendly and cheerful team.
