We are looking for a beginner specialist who has already received initial experience in CRM/Retention Marketing communications. This role would suit a person who is an over-achiever, highly motivated, multi-talented, a self starter, multi-tasker who has plenty of ideas and who will work hard and do whatever it takes to get the job done.


  • Design, plan and execute all marketing campaigns based on specific customer segmentation, campaign or behavioural change objectives;

  • Plan and implement automated communications for each customer lifecycle stage, using email campaigns, push messages and in app messages;

  • Drive awareness of services, education, best practices through drip campaigns;

  • Deliver smooth CRM planning and execution for all types of communications;

  • Work closely with the product team and plan communication around important features;

  • Work closely with the Design Studio to deliver exciting on brand content (both visual and copy);

  • Manage campaigns on a campaign management system to create a large number of campaigns for several segments, using A/B testing, optimization and control groups. Analyse results and make future decisions and improvements based on conclusions;

  • Work closely with the Marketing BI Analyst to understand overall trends and statistical analysis and develop actionable campaigns from insights;

  • Reporting and tracking - generate reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, result tracking for owned projects;

  • Evaluating, interpreting and making actionable conclusions based on customer research, market conditions and competitor data;

  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of marketing development.


  • Higher education;

  • 1+ year experience in direct marketing and knowledge of CRM systems and processes in an online high tech company with a fast paced environment;

  • Practical experience with different email delivery systems – mailchimp, sendgrid, braze, etc.;

  • Understanding and implementation of sophisticated customer segmentation targeting & data usage;

  • Must be number driven and analytical with solid excel skills. Able to use data insights to develop actionable tasks/campaigns;

  • Basic HTML understanding is a strong advantage;

  • Experience in customer surveys setup/management is a plus;

  • Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written);

  • Ability to cross-functions and cross-offices interaction;

  • Sense of humor is a vital need.
