Key responsibilities:
- Development of digital store Yves Rocher & media planning of all e-commerce advertising campaigns
- Development strategy of existing traffic sources and it’s following implementation
- Achievement of business results based on P&L channel: traffic, number of new customers, turnover.
- Monitoring current traffic processes and inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where required
- Solid knowledge of Google analytics and Yandex.Metrika
- Analyzing campaign data and fast optimizing performance
- Build-up and support attribution flow to track leads engagement via digital channels
- People management and their following professional development.
- Set-up effective communication for sharing best practices (expertise) within media planning, recruitment, media creative, new sources of traffic.
- Monitoring of competitive environment and benchmark promo activities of competitors
- Testing the functional and visual part of the site before launching marketing campaigns.
- Coopеration with external developers & digital agencies
- Set-up effective processes of cooperation with suppliers for achieving objectives
- Understanding marketplaces processes and taking part in it development (not required but a plus)
- Participation in tenders and search for new suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience 3+ years in e-commerce projects with focus on performance marketing
- Solid knowledge of analytic systems GA & YM
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Business-oriented & proactive profile. Creative thinking with the ability to avoid technical constraints & find workaround solutions.
